Completion of OSB sale
Sky advises that the sale of Outside Broadcasting Limited (OSB) to NEP New Zealand is complete,
effective today.
Sky Chief Executive Sophie Moloney said “With the sale of OSB now complete, we look forward to
working in partnership with NEP through our new ten-year services agreement. The partnership
ensures Sky will continue to deliver the best outside broadcast experiences to our customers whilst
at the same time achieving increased capital efficiency within the business.”
