Australia to continue until the end of 2021

Meridian Energy today confirmed that Jason Stein, CEO of Meridian Energy Australia and Powershop
Australia, has agreed to continue in his role until the end of the calendar year.
Meridian Energy Limited Chief Executive, Neal Barclay says the opening of the Trans-Tasman travel
bubble allows Jason to travel to Melbourne during this period, while providing Meridian more time for
an in-person recruitment process to select a successor CEO for its Australian business.
