2021 ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
Vista Group International Limited (NZX & ASX: VGL) advises that it intends to hold its next Annual
Meeting of Shareholders by way of a virtual meeting on 26
th
May 2021 at 3.00pm. Further details will
be advised in the Notice of Meeting in due course.
The opening date for nominations for directors is today, 9
th
April 2021, and the closing date for
nominations is 27
th
April 2021. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm on the closing date.
A nomination may only be made by a shareholder of Vista Group entitled to attend and vote at the
Annual Meeting and must be accompanied by the consent in writing and brief biographical details (for
inclusion in the Notice of Meeting) of the person nominated.
