2021 ASM and Closing Date for Director Nominations
The Company’s 2021 Annual Meeting of shareholders will be held on Wednesday, 26 May 2021
commencing at 3.00 pm.
The Company also advises that for the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2 the closing date for nomination
of directors is 5:00pm on 7 May 2021.
