Meridian Completes FY21 LTI Share Buyback

Meridian Energy Limited (
Meridian
) announced on 12 March 2021 that it would undertake an on-market share
buyback in connection with the FY21 executive long-term incentive scheme. Meridian has now completed that
share buyback. Meridian acquired 476,174 ordinary shares on the NZX Main Board at an average price of
NZ$5.490 per share.
