Gentrack Group Limited (NZX/ASX: GTK) (Gentrack) adopted a Senior Management Long Term
Incentive Scheme (Senior Management LTI Scheme) by Board resolution in 2016. Gentrack
advises that the number of Performance Rights (PRs) under the LTI Scheme eligible to vest are
250,000 and that it has granted 250,000 ordinary shares with a vesting date of 30 April 2021.
