Simon Bennett is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrick McCann as Company Secretary and Legal
Counsel. Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree in law from University in Glasgow and an MBA from the
University of Otago. Subsequent to enrolling as a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand in 2008, Patrick has held
public sector positions at the Crown Law Office and the Financial Markets Authority, and in industry at KPMG and
Dorchester Pacific Limited (now Turners Limited).
