2021 Annual Shareholder Meeting and Director Nominations

Blis Technologies Limited’s 2021 Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held on Wednesday 21 July
2021 in Dunedin. This meeting will also be hosted virtually.

Further details regarding the time and venue will be provided in the Notice of Meeting which will be
sent to all shareholders.

The closing date for nominations by shareholders of directors to be considered for election at the
Annual Shareholder Meeting is Friday, 18 June 2021. All nominations must be received by 4:00pm on
the closing date.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual
Shareholder Meeting and must be accompanied by a consent in writing by the nominated person.
