(NZSX:FPH, ASX:FPH) advises that its 2021 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be held online at
www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/FPH21 and in person at the Newmarket Room, Ellerslie Event Centre,
Auckland, New Zealand on Wednesday, 18 August 2021 commencing at 2.00pm (NZST).
In respect of its 2021 ASM, Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Corporation Limited advises that the
closing date for director nominations is 21 June 2021.

provide shareholders with as much notice as is reasonably practicable by way of an announcement
to the NZX and ASX and on the company’s website at www.fphcare.com/asm.
Notice of the ASM will be released to the NZX and ASX, along with instructions for attending the
virtual meeting, at least 20 working days prior to the meeting.
