Rakon Limited (RAK) Director Nominations Closing Date

Rakon Limited plans to hold its 2021 Annual Meeting of shareholders on 12 August 2021. The time
of the meeting and other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting
which will be sent to all shareholders in due course.

In accordance with Listing Rule 2.3.2 Rakon Limited advises that the period for the nomination of
directors will close on Tuesday 22 June 2021 and nominations must be received by 5.00pm (New
Zealand Time) on the closing date.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting.

Any nominations should be addressed to the Company Secetary, Rakon Limited, Private Bag 99943,
Newmarket, Auckland 1149, New Zealand.
