Annual Shareholder Meeting

At New Zealand King Salmon Investment’s Annual Shareholder meeting, held via online call
today, shareholders were asked to vote on 2 resolutions, which were supported by the Board.

As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.

The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

• Item 1 That the Board is authorised to fix the auditor’s remuneration for the coming year.
• Item 2 Having retired in accordance with NZX Listing Rule 2.7.1, that John Ryder be
elected as a Director.
