Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure: On 16 June 2021, Uplands
Group Pty Limited as trustee of Uplands Group Trust and JCVC Pty Limited sold 8,424,256
and 1,130,995 ordinary shares in Gentrack Group Limited respectively on market at a sale
price of NZ$2.075 per share (being $19,827,145.825 in aggregate). Settlement of that
trade has now occurred.
