ETF (VAS) – Distribution adjustment announcement
Westpac Banking Corporation, as is
suer of Westpac Self-Funding Instalments (“Westpac SFIs”) over
the following Underlying Securities, notifies of an amendment to the estimated distribution that was
previously announced in respect of those Underlying Securities:

$0.5577 per security to $0.5564 per security. Should the actual distribution amount differ from the
estimated amount noted above, Westpac Banking Corporation may issue a further announcement
confirming the actual distribution amount.
