IKE announces executive team changes

+ ikeGPS Group Limited (IKE) announces today that Chris Birkett, CFO & COO, will leave IKE at the
end of September 2021.
+ IKE also announces that:
+ Stephen Fairbrother, IKE’s financial controller for the past three years, has been appointed to
the CFO role based in New Zealand.
+ Jonathan Brigham has been hired into the Director of Operations role based in North
America.
IKE CEO, Glenn Milnes, commented: ”The IKE team thank Chris for his considerable contribution to
IKE and wish him well as he moves into a new work phase in Wellington. I am excited to have
Stephen step up to the CFO position, to be based in our New Zealand office. Stephen has a real
depth of capability and experience across our financial function and this elevation has been long
targeted. I am also excited to have Jonathan join IKE to lead our operations function from the U.S.
The U.S. is the location of our customers and all of IKE’s front office and delivery functions.
Jonathan brings extensive experience delivering into North American distribution network
customers, most recently from senior management roles for Alden Systems.“
