PLP – Property Valuation Update
PLP – Property valuation update
14 July 2021
As announced on 9 July 2021, following receipt of a registered valuation that determined there was an
upward valuation adjustment to two of the Marlborough based vineyards owned by the Private Land and
Property Portfolio (the wholesale fund into which the PLP invests), the Manager commissioned an
independent valuation report for the fund’s neighbouring property.
This report has now been received and, as determined by the independent valuer, the Manager has
adopted a further valuation increase of $767,000 for this neighbouring property. This represents a
change of 0.97% to the overall net asset value of the PLP, increasing the latest net asset value per unit
from $1.1583 per unit to $1.1698.
The valuation adjustment will be reflected in the unit price of the PLP completed on 14 July 2021 with an
effective date of 12 July 2021 (unit pricing is completed 2 business days in arrears). Following this, the
Manager will recommence the issuing and redeeming of units directly with the Fund.
