Results of Blis Technologies Limited Annual Shareholder Meeting

At Blis Technologies Limited’s shareholder meeting, held in Dunedin and online today, shareholders
were asked to vote on 3 resolutions, which were supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

• That Mr Geoffrey Plunket be re-elected as a director of the Company.
• That Dr Barry Richardson be re-elected as a director of the Company.
• That the Directors be authorised to fix the remuneration of the auditors for the ensuing
year.

Subsequent to the meeting, Tony Offen has stood down as Chairman of the Board after holding the
position since August 2017. Mr Offen also advised that he will not be seeking re-election at next
year’s Annual Shareholder Meeting when he is due to retire by rotation as provided for under the
Company’s constitution.

Mr Geoffrey Plunket has been confirmed as the new Chairman.
