Goodman Group increases its cornerstone interest in NZX listed
Goodman Property Trust (GMT)

Goodman Group has today lodged a Substantial Product Holder Notice in relation to
its holding in GMT (held via its subsidiary Goodman Investment Holdings (NZ)
Limited).
Group Chief Executive Officer, Greg Goodman said “Goodman Group has increased its
holding in GMT to 24.8%. We believe GMT provides an excellent investment opportunity.
This increase is consistent with our cornerstone investment approach of holding significant
stakes in entities that Goodman manages to ensure alignment of interest with all GMT
unitholders. Goodman has no current intention to acquire additional securities.”
