Capital Ltd (registered holder is ASB
Nominees as bare trustee). John McMahon
is the sole director and 100% beneficial
owner of both Auro and Meta so there is no
change to his beneficial ownership in
Wellngton Drive.
NB: transaction approved and actioned prior
to 30 June but delayed due to a registry
query.
