Resignation of General Manager, Commercial Services

RADIUS RESIDENTIAL CARE LIMITED – RESIGNATION OF GENERAL MANAGER,
COMMERCIAL SERVICES

Radius Residential Care Limited announces that Steven Heesen, Radius Care’s General
Manager, Commercial Services, has given notice that he intends to resign from Radius
Care, with his last day being 24 September. Steven first joined Radius Care in 2007 and has
been an important member of the Radius Care family. The Board and management extend
their sincere gratitude to Steven for his significant contribution to Radius Care over a number
of years and wish him the very best for the future.

Steven's responsibilities will continue to be performed, without interruption, by other
members of Radius Care's senior leadership team while the business searches for a suitable
replacement.
