Radius Care announces settlement of Ohaupo acquisition

Further to the announcement made on 8 July 2021, Radius Residential Care Limited (NZX:
RAD) (Radius Care) confirms that the acquisition of the land and buildings at four strategically
important leased sites in Auckland, Waikato, Taranaki and Canterbury from Ohaupo Holdings
Limited has now settled, including the issue of the share component of the consideration.

Radius Care’s Executive Chairman, Brien Cree, says: “The acquisition of these strategically
important facilities demonstrate strong progress on our Listing Profile strategy, which we
communicated to the market last December. We will continue to focus on pursuing value-
enhancing growth opportunities”.
