Napier Port FY2021 nine-month results announcement

Napier Port (NZX:NPH) intends to release its financial results for the nine months to 30 June 2021 on
the morning of Wednesday 25 August 2021.

Following the release of the results to the NZX, Napier Port Chair Alasdair MacLeod, Chief Executive
Todd Dawson and Chief Financial Officer Kristen Lie will host a conference call at 11.00am (NZT)
(9.00am, AEST) to discuss the results and current trading.

The presentation material to which the Port will refer during the call will be released to the NZX and
posted on Napier Port’s investor centre: www.napierport.co.nz/investor-centre/
