Review of Independence of Directors
The Board of Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited (NZX: PCT) (Precinct) has undertaken its
periodic review of the independence of each of its directors and has determined, as required
by NZX Listing Rules 2.6.1 and 2.6.3, that Chris Judd be reclassified as an Independent Director
(as that term is defined in the NZX Listing Rules).
