Notice of 2021 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting and Director Nominations
PGG Wrightson Limited’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 19 October 2021 at
9:30am at the Napier War Memorial Centre, 48 Marine Parade, Bluff Hill, Napier.
Director nominations may be made by any shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual
Shareholders’ Meeting and should be forwarded to General Manager Corporate Affairs / Company
