Sky ASM and Closing Date for Director Nominations
Sky intends to hold its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on 28 October 2021 at 10.00am (NZDT) and
will provide further details of the venue in due course.
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2 and ASX Listing Rule 14.3, the closing date for director
nominations is 9 September 2021. Nominations should be submitted by email to James Bishop
(Company Secretary) at james.bishop@sky.co.nz (and copied to Nalisha Tahere (Executive Assistant)
at nalisha.tahere@sky.co.nz) or by courier to James Bishop (Company Secretary) at Sky Network
