Closing date for director nominations
Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited (Precinct) (NZX: PCT) advises that 24 September
2021 is the closing date for nominations by shareholders of directors to be considered for
election at the annual general meeting.
Nominations must be received by 5.00 pm on 24 September 2021 and sent to:

Nominations may only be made by shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the
