Genesis Energy 2021 ASM and closing date for director nominations
Genesis Energy Limited (GNE) announces that the Company’s Annual Shareholder Meeting (ASM) will
be held on Friday, 29 October 2021, commencing at 10.00am.
Genesis continues to closely monitor
the COVID-19 situation in New Zealand. If the Board determines a
physical meeting is inappropriate in the circumstances, Genesis may elect to hold the ASM as a virtual
only meeting. In those circumstances, we will provide shareholders with as much notice as is
reasonably practicable, either in the Notice of Meeting for the ASM or by way of an announcement to
the NZX and ASX and on the Genesis website.
Should a physical meeting be held, it will be
in the World Cup Lounge, Level 4, South Stand, Eden Park,
Walters Road, Mt Eden, Auckland.
The Company also advises that for the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2 the closing date for Director
nominations is Friday, 17 September 2021. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm on the
closing date.
Nominations must be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting and be
accompanied by the consent in writing of the person nominated.
