Heartland 2021 final dividend: Updated ASX Appendix 3A

Please find attached the updated ASX Appendix 3A in relation to the Heartland Group Holdings
Limited (Heartland) (NZX/ASX: HGH) 2021 final dividend.

The ASX Appendix 3A has been updated to include the Strike Price for the Dividend Reinvestment
Plan (DRP), being NZD2.27125669 per share, and the foreign exchange rate to be used for payment
of the cash dividend in Australian dollars (where applicable), being 0.9624.
