Results of Turners Automotive Group Limited’s Annual Meeting

At Turners Automotive Group’s virtual shareholder meeting held on Thursday 9 September 2021,
shareholders were asked to vote on 4 resolutions, which were supported by the Board.

As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.

The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

 That Baker Tilley Staples Rodway be reappointed as auditors;
 Re-elect Paul Byrnes as a Director of the Company until 18 February 2022;
 Re-elect Martin Berry as a Director of the Company; and
 Re-elect Antony Vriens as a Director of the Company.

Detail of the total number of votes cast in person or by a proxy holder are:
