Savor Adjournment of Annual Meeting

Savor Limited (NZX: SVR) (“Savor”, “the Group”), today gives notice of the adjournment of the annual
shareholders meeting.
The meeting was scheduled to take place on Thursday 23 September 2021 and was due to be a
physical meeting. The recent COVID-19 Alert Level changes have made it impossible for shareholders
to attend personally, and it is unlikely the Board and Management will be able to physically meet to
present virtually at the current scheduled date.
The preference of the Board is for a meeting that shareholders can attend in person to experience
the best venues the Group has to offer. The Board also intends to provide a substantive update on
business performance given the significant changes over the past 12 months, best shared at a
physical meeting.
The decision has been made to adjourn the meeting until COVID-19 restrictions allow the meeting to
be held in person, which is likely to be in November 2021. The revised date of the Annual Meeting
will be notified via announcement to the NZX in due course.
All proxy votes received to date remain valid with a revised due date for submission of proxy votes to
be announced alongside the new meeting date.
