Synlait Milk Limited (Synlait) will hold its Annual Meeting on 1 December 2021. Further details will be

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Synlait advises that the closing date for Director nominations is
5.00pm on Monday 4 October 2021. Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend
