THL RESPONDS TO COMMENTARY REGARDING ASX DUAL LISTING

thl notes an article overnight in the Australian Financial Review (AFR) regarding thl considering a dual
listing on the ASX.

thl has regularly considered a dual listing in the past. thl continues to consider the possibility, however no
decision has been made at this time to do so.

thl also notes that the AFR article indicates that the purpose of a dual listing would be for better access
to capital. thl confirms that it has no current intention to raise additional capital.
