THIRD INTERIM DIVIDEND
FOR THE YEAR ENDING 31 OCTOBER 2021

The Bankers Investment Trust PLC has declared a third interim dividend which will be
at the rate of 0.55p per ordinary share of 2.5p each (2020: 0.542p per ordinary share
when adjusted for the share split) in respect of the year ending 31 October 2021
payable on 30 November 2021 to shareholders registered on 29 October 2021. The
Company's shares go ex-dividend on 28 October 2021.
