Burke is the registered holder of 10% of the shares in J & D
Bruke Holdings Limited in his personal capacity and a
registered holder of 80% of the shares in J & D Burke
Holdings Limited jointly with others. As such J Burke has the
power to control the exercise of 20% or more of the voting
rights of J & D Burke Holdings Limited, resulting in J Burke
having a relevant interest in the Ordinary Shares of Seeka
Limited held by J & D Burke Holdings Limited.
2) Seeka Share Trustee Limited holds Ordinary Shares for
and on behalf of J & D Burke Holdings Limited. For the
reasons stated in 1), J Burke also has a relevant interest in
the Ordinary Shares of Seeka Limited held by Seeka Share
Trustee Limited for and on behalf of J & D Burke Holdings
Limited.
3) Registered holder of Ordinary Shares held by Martyn
Timothy Brick, Christopher James McFadden and John
Garland Burke as trustees of the Rockeby Trust.
