Resignation of Director

New Talisman Gold Mines announced today that Mr Charbel Nader has resigned from the
New Talisman Gold Mines board along with its subsidiaries boards, effective immediately.
The New Talisman Board is scheduled to meet on Monday October 11
th
and election of a new
Chair will be on the Agenda of that meeting.
