As required by NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1 the Board of Accordant Group Limited advises that Simon
Bennett, executive director of Accordant, is ceasing his executive role effective October 31 2021.
Simon remains a director in a non-executive capacity which has enabled a smooth transition for the
CEO Jason Cherrington. Simon is excited about his continued contribution to Accordant in the new
role.
