General Capital (“GEN”) subsidiary completes Greenfern Industries listing

The NZX and Greenfern Industries Limited (“Greenfern”) made releases to the market
yesterday afternoon advising that Greenfern would have its shares quoted on the NZX main
board commencing at 11.00am on Thursday, 21
st
October 2021.

Investment Research Group Limited (“IRG”), wholly owned subsidiary of General Capital was
the manager of the listing process and will receive fees for the successful listing. The fees are
yet to be fully quantified and are expected to be recognised across September and October
2021.
