Paul Manduca, non-executive Director of TEMIT, has been appointed as an Independent Non-
Executive Director and the Chair of W.A.G payment solutions plc. On 13 October 2021, the
shares issued by W.A.G payment solutions plc. were admitted to the premium listing segment
of the Official List of the FCA and for trading on the main market of the London Stock
Exchange.
