Mr. Rick Christie to retire as IKE Chair
The IKE platform allows electric utilities, communications companies, and their
engineering service providers to increase speed, quality, and safety for the
construction and maintenance of distribution assets.
The revenue engine for IKE is driven by the number of enterprise customers
subscribing to the IKE platform and the volume of assets (called Transactions) being
processed through the IKE software.

Mr. Rick Christie to retire as IKE Chair
ikeGPS Group Limited (ASX/NZX:IKE) or IKE, the company setting the standard for collecting,
managing and analysing pole and overhead asset information for electric utilities,
communications companies and their engineering service providers, announces that Mr. Rick
Christie will step down as Chair at the end of October 2021, after serving more than seven years
in the role and since IKE was listed on the NZX. He will, however, remain as an Independent
Director of IKE until March 2022.
Mr. Alex Knowles, currently serving as Deputy Chair and Non-Executive Director, will replace Mr.
Christie as Chair. Mr. Knowles, along with Mr. Christie is also an inaugural Non-Executive Director
at the time of IKE's NZX listing. Alex is based in Los Angeles, CA, where he owns and manages
companies and investments in the technology and logistics sectors.
