ANNOUNCEMENT BY NEW TALISMAN GOLD MINES LIMITED

Market Update
New Talisman Gold Mines Ltd is currently in discussions with a number of quality Board
candidates whose skill base will satisfy the Company's Audit Committee requirements and
further broaden the Boards skillset. The Company hopes to be in a position to announce
appointments in the near term.
We are also pleased that Mr Murray Stevens remains available to the company as a technical
adviser on a consulting basis.
As part of the review of its management structure, the Company is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr Victor Rabone to an interim position of Operations Manager, reporting
directly to the Chair. Mr Rabone is currently a non-independent Director of New Talisman and
will contract to the Company to provide this service. Mr Rabone's tasks will cover the day to
day operations of the Talisman Mine and, once the acquisition completes, also of Broken Hills
Mine.
The establishment of this role allows the Company to concentrate on its core business without
the distractions that appear to have plagued the Company previously.
This position will be reviewed in 3 months time as the Company moves forward with its
concentration on core business.
The Company continues to review its immediate priorities and will update the market further
as decisions are made with input from soon to be made Board appointments.
