PARENTAL LEAVE COVER FOR DEPUTY CFO

thl is pleased to announce that Nick Voss will be joining the company as Deputy CFO, while
Steven Hall takes 12 months of parental leave.

Nick has a broad range of finance experience and has held a number of senior finance roles
across public and private companies, including Abano Healthcare, Mercury and Kiwi Property
Management. Nick is currently the Group Financial Controller at Abano Healthcare Group.

Nick will lead thl’s global finance team and will be responsible for management and statutory
reporting, taxation, treasury and internal audit for the group. Nick is expected to commence in
the role in January 2022.
