Tararua Wind Farm Update
19 October 2021 – Following the announcement dated 6 October 2021 of a localised fire at our Tararua Wind Farm, Mercury
confirms the return to service of the five adjacent turbines on the same string as the turbine damaged by fire.
Investigations continue into the cause of the fire and options for remediating the damaged turbine.
