Board of directors appointment
Blis Technologies advises the appointment of Aimee McCammon as a Director of the Company with
effect from 21 October 2021.
Ms McCammon brings to the Board extensive marketing and governance experience. Aimee is
currently CEO at Augusto Group, an independently owned hybrid creative and production company.
Current governance roles include being an independent director at Flick Electric and on the Advisory
Board for Pic’s Peanut Butter.
The Board has determined that Ms McCammon is an independent Director. Ms McCammon will
formally offer herself for election as a Director at the next shareholders meeting in July 2022.
