Notice under ASX Listing Rule 3.10A
Sky Network Television Limited (“Sky”) advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, the
following securities will be released from voluntary escrow.

The shares being released from voluntary escrow, detailed above (post consolidation), were issued
to New Zealand Rugby Union Incorporated (NZ Rugby Union) on 1 November 2019 under a
Partnership Framework Agreement between Sky and NZ Rugby Union dated 13 October 2019. As
agreed between Sky and NZ Rugby Union, the shares were placed in voluntary escrow for a period of
2 years and this notice relates to the release of that escrow.
