Sale of GrabOne – Satisfaction of Finance Condition
AUCKLAND, 22 October 2021: NZME Limited (NZX: NZM, ASX: NZM) (“NZME”) is pleased
to confirm that the purchaser has confirmed satisfaction of the finance condition under the Sale
and Purchase Agreement with Global Marketplace New Zealand Limited (“GMP”). The
transaction remains subject to a no material adverse change condition through to completion.
Completion is expected to occur on 29 October 2021.
