Napier Port 2021 Annual Meeting and Director Nominations
Napier Port Holdings Limited (NZX.NPH) advises that the company's 2021 Annual Shareholders
Meeting will be held at 10.30am on Friday 17 December 2021.
In light of current public health and safety concerns, the annual meeting will be conducted as a virtual
meeting. Shareholders will only be able to participate virtually through an online portal. Registration
details to attend the virtual Annual Shareholders Meeting will be provided in our future Notice of
Meeting.
Napier Port Holdings Limited also advises the closing date for nominations by shareholders of directors
to be considered for election at the annual meeting is Thursday 11 November 2021. Nominations must
be addressed to Kristen Lie, Napier Port Chief Financial Officer and be received by 5:00pm on the
closing date at Napier Port’s registered office:

Nominations may only be made by shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the meeting and must be
accompanied by the consent, in writing, of the person nominated.
