2021 Annual Shareholder Meeting: Results of Meeting

The Annual Shareholder Meeting (ASM) of Genesis Energy Limited (GNE) was held virtually on Friday,
29 October 2021. Shareholders were asked to vote on three resolutions, which were supported by
the Board.

The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

• That Barbara Chapman be re-elected as a Director of the Company;
• That James Moulder be re-elected as a Director of the Company; and
• That the annual total pool for Directors’ remuneration be increased by $132,950, from
$940,000 to $1,072,950, with the increase taking effect from 1 November 2021.
