Disposal of shares on finishing employment, with the 3 year
restrictive period not being reached, in accordance with the terms of
the Ryman Healthcare Limited Employee Share Scheme. All sale
proceeds were used to repay loans on the unvested shares, with no
sale proceeds paid to Gordon MacLeod.
