for Conditional Market
Description
Further to ASX’s Market Announcement dated 3 November 2021, Vulcan Steel Limited (‘VSL’) advised ASX on
Monday, 8 November 2021 of the satisfaction of the conditions for the conditional market.
ASX therefore advises that VSL’s securities will trade from the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 9
November 2021, on a normal (T+2) basis.
The “CT” tag attached to VSL’s securities trading on ASX Trade will be removed before the commencement of
trade on Tuesday, 9 November 2021.
The following indicative timetable applies.

Tuesday, 9 November 2021 First day of trading on a normal (T+2) basis (ASX Code: VSL)
Thursday, 11 November 2021 Settlement of all on-market trades conducted on a conditional and
deferred settlement basis and first settlement of trades conducted on a
(T+2) basis

November 2021 under the VSL code and rely on this market notice and the attached VSL market release.

Satisfaction of conditions for conditional market
Vulcan Steel Limited (ASX: VSL) (Vulcan or Company) advises that the conditions for the conditional
market under the Prospectus lodged by Vulcan and Vulcan Sale Company Limited (SaleCo) have
been satisfied, namely:
 settlement under the Underwriting Agreement; and
 that SaleCo has transferred Shares to successful Applicants under the Offer.
Shares will trade on a normal settlement basis on Tuesday, 9 November 2021.
Vulcan confirms that despatch of holding statements will take place on Tuesday, 9 November 2021.
Terms used in this document have the meaning given to them in the Prospectus lodged with ASIC by
Vulcan on 15 October 2021.
