Director Intention to Retire
Genesis Energy announces that Maury Leyland Penno has advised the Company of her intention
to step down as a Director of the Company on 10 December 2021.
Barbara Chapman, Genesis Energy’s Chair, said the Genesis Energy Board would like to thank Maury
for her contribution to the Company since joining the Board in 2016.
“Maury was a member of Genesis Energy’s Audit and Risk and Human Resources and Remuneration
Committees, and made a significant contribution to the Company during the five years since her
appointment. We wish her all the best,” said Barbara Chapman.
