General Capital Limited advises that the final exercise date for GENWB warrants is Tuesday, 30
November 2021. GENWB warrants that are not exercised by 5:00pm on 30 November 2021 will
expire.

General Capital Limited also advises that the final trading date for GENWB warrants on the NZX is
Friday, 26 November 2021.

To exercise your warrants:

(a) Send your completed warrant exercise form to warrants@gencap.co.nz or by post to The
Share Registrar, General Capital Limited, c/- Computershare Investor Relations Limited,
Private Bag 92119, Auckland Mail Centre, Auckland 1142. A blank GENWB warrant exercise
form is attached for your reference.

Exercise forms must be received by 5:00pm on 30 November 2021 for the warrant exercise
to be effective.

(b) Transfer the funds, $0.09 (9 cents) per GENWB warrant exercised, by direct credit to:

accompanying letter to your sharebroker or the purchaser(s) of such Warrants. If you have sold some of your Warrants,
